I'm Zhainah Talab, I am the Academy community pioneer for Co-op Academy Brownhill.

My name is Zhainab, and I have recently completed my studies at Sixth Form.

I support Co-op Academy Brownhill with their community objectives. This includes helping to run the Social Supermarket, enhancing the food provision on offer to families and the community. I link up with various organisations that help stock our food and products, ensuring we meet the needs of our community. 

In addition, I work closely with academy staff on initiatives related to attendance, providing support to help students become ready to learn.

I actively seek donations for the academy and apply for funding to enhance our support services. Recently, I secured £250 from our local Co-op store to benefit the academy’s Eco Club, creating a valuable space for students to learn about sustainability, nature, and reflection.
