Can I tell you online?

If someone is in danger, it’s really important you tell a member of staff right away or call 999.

If no one is in immediate danger, you can contact us online and tell us what’s happening.

These online messages are sent confidentially to our Designated Safeguarding Lead, who will look at these messages during the school day in term time.

What happens if I ask for support?

We’re creating a culture where pupils can confidently ask for help and support when needed.

  • We’ll take your report seriously.
  • We will be supportive and keep you safe.
  • You’re not creating a problem by reporting an incident.
  • You should never feel ashamed about making a report.
  • We will tell you what will happen next and with whom the information will be shared.

We can’t promise to keep it confidential, but we’ll only share it strictly with those who really need to know.
