To monitor assessment data at regular intervals to ensure that children are not being disadvantaged by belonging to a protected group– Careful tracking of attainment and progress for pupils within “Protected Characteristics”.groups to access the school’s provision and ensure that the curriculum is inclusive
-Ensure reasonable adjustments are in place for these children.
-Where appropriate, work with outside agencies to achieve the best progress for our children.
-SENCo and EAL lead support teachers in effective strategy development for individuals or groups.
